Welcome to annamhliving.com, referred to in these terms and conditions as “this website”, by using this website you are agreeing to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply as follows; "us" or "we" or “our” refers to the owner of this website, the term "you" or “your” refers to the viewer or user of it.

Product Condition
The products for sale on this website are vintage or antique and therefore may have signs of wear that are commensurate with age, including marks, scratches or dents through use by previous owners. Although we believe this adds character to each unique product, we do our best to make sure all imperfections are clearly presented to you through the use of product descriptions and imagery. Every effort is taken to photograph each product accurately, however we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour which may be caused by the device or browser software you use to view the product(s). Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like further clarification or information on any item(s) before purchasing.
Product Dimensions
We take careful measurements of every product however please be aware that these measurements are approximate. Please contact us if you require any precise or specific measurements not listed in the product description(s) before purchasing.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We accept refunds in accordance with the UK Government’s distance selling laws here. You have 14 days to notify us of a refund request and a further 21 days to return the item to us. We do not offer free returns, you are responsible for both the return postage costs and returning the item to us in its original condition. You are responsible for any loss in value incurred in returning the item to us. We do not offer any exchanges.
Cancellations
We offer free cancellations before the product has dispatched. Please contact us up to 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 days.
If you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours and before your item has been accepted by the courier there may be a fee, this will depend on the courier used.
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase if the product is out of stock or listed incorrectly. In this case, you will be contacted via the email address you provided at the time of purchase to notify you of the cancellation. Your refund will be processed within 30 days.
Delivery
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Orders take 3-5 working days for processing and another 3-5 days in transit for delivery.
Delivery is included on all orders to the UK only. If you are shopping from outside the UK please contact us here and let us know which item you are interested in purchasing and your location so that we can obtain a delivery quote for you.
To keep waste to a minimum each product is uniquely wrapped in layers of reused and repurposed packaging materials to protect the product effectively as well as limit our impact on the environment.
Payment and Security
Prices on this website do not include VAT, as a new business we are not yet VAT registered.
We use Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay to process all payments. Our payments are processed by our website provider Squarespace. All of Squarespace's built-in payment tools are PCI-DSS compliant see here. Sensitive card data is never handled by Squarespace. It goes directly to the payment processor’s servers; Squarespace doesn’t have access to this information.
Our checkout page is protected by SSL to protect credit card information. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), is a technology that secures the connection between your browser and our website. All modern desktop and mobile browsers support SSL.
