Vintage Hand Carved, Chinoiserie Style Wooden Floor Lamp
This very tall 1930’s chinoiserie hand-carved standard lamp has had only one previous owner.
The detail in this highly unusual lamp is outstanding, with scenes of oriental buildings and people. There are two separate designs, one at the top and one at the bottom. There is also carved cherry blossom on the base.
The lamp has been professionally cleaned and re-wired. With new brass light fittings and two cord twisted gold-coloured cable and plug.
The lampshade is the one that came with the lamp and is included in the price, it does show some age-related wear.
The dimensions width is the base measurement. The width of the shaft is 6.5cm and the height including shade is 196cm.
